of beggars and the destitute by Lagos. Anambra and some other state
governments I demanded for a new urban renewal policy that provides
adequately for the rehabilitation and resettlement of all displaced
people in the beautification of state capitals. The demand is anchored
on the fundamental rights of disabled people guaranteed by the
